Sausage Making Course
Learn how to make the perfect sausage every time, ensuring your meat binds without unnecessary additives and how to link your sausages like a pro!
Find out which sausage casings are best, and pick up tips to help you make and flavour your own delicious sausages for the long summer barbeques.
The course will feature a hands on ‘make your own sausages’ session, where you take your own creations home after they have been put to the taste test against the other course participants over a cold drink.
Course runs from 11.30-3pm approx.
After course refreshment will be provided
Saturday 14th September
Can be joined with the Pork Butchering and Curing Course in the morning of the same day.
